My F1 Trips
Although I've been a massive fan of F1 since 1996, I didn't go to my first Grand Prix until 2000.
I had been to Silverstone for practice and qualifying but the cost of Silverstone on race day is so expensive I haven't seen an actual race there yet.
I did manage to meet Murray Walker and got his signature I even got my picture in the 1999 Silverstone brochure.

Monaco 2000
In June 2000 my Dad and I went to Monaco to see my first Grand Prix Race.
Although we only had general admission we went high up on the palace wall and got the best view, we could nearly see the whole track.
David Coulthard won the race with my favourite driver Rubens Barrichello and my dads favourite driver Giancarlo Fisichella battling it out for second.
After the Monaco race we went around the track and I got to stand on the podium.
We walked the whole way around the track and went to the pits, I got Jos Verstappens pit board, and as an Arrows fan this capped off a wonderful holiday in Monaco.

Barcelona 2001
I went to Barcelona with my Dad in 2001.The race was excellent.
Mika Hakkinen(who deserved to win)broke down on the final lap so Michael Schumacher finished the race in 1st with J.P Montoya 2nd and my mums favourite driver Jacques Villeneuve 3rd.
I met Jos Verstappen one of my favourite drivers and his team mate Enrique Bernoldi.
